I hope the scheme goes from strength to strength!

I thought I would drop you a line regarding the bike (and health) since I have been riding the Ezee Liv bicycle through the W.C.C. Cycle to Work Scheme. In December '06 I suffered heart failure which caused me to to take 5 months off work and limit the amount of exercise I could do. The heart specialist advised that I should take light exercise but not at the gym, jogging, swimming or riding a bike. This somewhat limited my options but after consulting the specialist he agreed that an electrically assisted bike such as the Ezee Liv would enable me to exercise but without the strain on my heart as a conventional bicycle would, up to this time I would have used my car to and from work. Electric-assist bicycles are not cheap and due to my present circumstances it would have been 12 months until I could afford to buy one, but with the Cycle to Work scheme I am now able to use Liv cycling to work and back home every day, infact my average weekly mileage is about 40 miles or so and feeling much, much fitter. I hope the scheme goes from strength to strength.
